Before you write to us
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship insured to thirty-two countries via tracked, white-glove couriers, with full customs handling on both sides.
Do you accept consignment?+
We do, on a selective basis. Send us a few photos and the reference and we'll come back with a proposed valuation and consignment terms.
Can I visit the atelier?+
Visits are by appointment, Monday to Saturday. Please email or call ahead so we can prepare the pieces you wish to see.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Bank transfer (SEPA and SWIFT) for all transactions. Escrow can be arranged on request for purchases above €50,000.
Do you offer authentication for watches I'm buying elsewhere?+
Yes. Our pre-purchase authentication service is available to non-clients. We provide a detailed report within five working days.
